When renting a car, many travellers find out they must block a deposit of several hundred or even thousands of euros on their credit card. At Branded Rental Cars we made a different choice: no-deposit rental. Here is how it works.

A deposit (or security deposit) is an amount the rental company blocks on your credit card for the whole rental. It covers possible damage, fines or late returns. The amount is released after the car is returned, which can take several days.
The downsides for travellers:
It's simple: nothing is blocked on your card.
That's it: no hold, no waiting for a refund at the end.
No deposit doesn't mean no cover. Standard protection is included in all our prices. You can choose to lower the excess further (the amount you would pay in case of damage):
